Biographical history:
Mr. Sipho Mseleku, born 06 June 1966, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the National African Federated Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NAFCOC). Sipho has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Chamber of Commerce and Industry South Africa (CHAMSA). Sipho is also the Chief Coordinator for the establishment of the Continental Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Sipho obtained his University education at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and obtained the following qualifications, BA (Hons), LLB, LLM (Taxation) and Higher Diploma in Company Law. He is currently doing his LLD (Tax Law) with Unisa.
Sipho trained and worked as an attorney at the leading law firm Edward Nathan & Friedland Inc (ENF) and after great exposure in a number of major commercial transactions left ENF and joined the Investment Banking World where he worked as a Senior Legal Executive at Brait Merchant Bank, as Senior Manager (Private Equity) at Gensec Bank, as a Structured Financier at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) and as Chief Executive Officer of Sakhumnotho Group Holding (Sakhumnotho). He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Sakhumnotho.
Sipho currently represents NAFCOC and organized business in Nedlac Management Committee and the Nedlac Executive Council. Sipho also served as member of the management committee and Executive Council of the Black Business Council (BBC). Sipho Mseleku has been part of the technical committee that negotiated for the establishment of CHAMSA. Sipho has also been Chief Negotiator of NAFCOC with the four Metropolitan Chambers that have since aligned themselves with NAFCOC, vis NAFCOC-JCCI, Durban Chamber, Cape Town Regional Chamber and Zululand Chamber.
Sipho sits in a number of boards and organizations such as Baragwanath Hospital Board, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Education and Training Authority, Securities and Regulations Panel (SRP) and many others. Sipho is the President of the Convocation of Wits University which represents more than 100 000 Wits Graduates around the world, he is also a member of Wits Council, Senate and the Senior Appointments Selection Committee. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IoD).
Sipho is married to Dr. Malepule Mseleku, a specialist Obstetrician Gynaecologist practicing at Parklane Clinic and Linkwood Clinic and has two sons, Sipho Jnr 9 and Mpilo 5.

Biographical history:
Wynand Goosen was approached by Mr. Sipho Mseleku to join the Sakhumnotho Group with the creation of Sakhumnotho Financial Services in 2003. Wynand is a registered member of the Institute of Stockbrokers and has 6 years' experience in stock broking at FFO Securities. There he helped grow the company from a start-up to become one of the top 4 bond brokering members of the JSE. His experience extends to all the regulated financial markets. During his employment at FFO Securities, he was the head of trading and was responsible for international and local market research.
Prior to becoming a stockbroker, Wynand gained 5 years' treasury experience at ABSA Bank and Nedbank. While working at ABSA Bank, he won the SAFEX/Financial Mail Trader of the Year Award and developed several systems to improve the operations in the back and front offices of the treasury.

Before joining Sakhumnotho Alice was the Advocacy Manager at Tshwaranang Legal Advocacy Centre (TLAC). Previously, she was an associate in the Legal Services Division of Sakhumnotho Consulting. Prior to this she worked as a High Court Judge's registrar at the Witwatersrand Local Division. She is a fellow of the Centre for Women and Democracy, Seattle , Washington .
In her work at TLAC she developed policies and regulations relating to implementation of various legislation in the gender legal sector. She is chairperson of the programs committee within the steering committee of the Child support campaign.
She has authored chapters in various books including TLAC's publication, "What about the Children? The silent voices in maintenance". She has also developed learnerships as well as training programs for Department of Justice and Constitutional Development on Family Law. She served as the media liaison of the company and has contributed opinion pieces for both print and electronic media. She delivered papers at the 1st Southern Africa Chapter of Women Judges (2004), Commission on Gender Equality's national consultative process on gender based violence (2003)
She managed various campaigns including the 16 Days of Activism on no violence against women and children. She previously has been the recipient of the 1990 Sowetan Nation Building Business Plan Award. While at University, Alice received the University of the Witwatersrand Academic Merit Award in 1992 as well as being a Junior Achiever, Wits Business School Program.

Beef Molefe is a well known entrepreneur and community figure, originating from the Free State, and belonging to a wide range of Professional Bodies:
Member of the Institute of Directors Member of the Institute of Personnel Managers International Member - American Management Association Mr. Molefe is also a longstanding NAFCOC council Member and is currently the elected President of NAFCOC Free State. Biographical history:
Headhunted by Sakhumnotho Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a broad based empowerment company under the chairmanship of Mr. Sipho Mseleku, a prominent business leader. Mr Peenz core function is to help develop the financial services division of the Group which includes a proposed stock broking entity.
He was also promoted to CEO of Sakhumnotho Environmental Services. The Group, through its wide scope became involved with Bio Diesel projects which will result in the trading of carbon credits. He is furthermore in trade negotiations with the Democratic Republic of Congo, to provide them with a sustainable agricultural solution. This includes the possibility of a Clean Development Mechanism project.

Barnabas Ngobeni is a Executive Director and shareholder in Sakhumnotho Environmental Services and Techno-Manzi. Barnabas serves on the Boards of the following Sakhumnotho Subsidiary Companies on a Executive level:

Emthonjeni Water Management; Emthonjeni is a strategic alliance between Water and Sanitation Services of South Africa (WSSA) a subsidiary of a French company SUEZ and Techno-Manzi.

CEO of Maths 3000 Marketing which provides logistical services for the Thuthuka Project of the South African Institute of Charterd Accountants (SAICA).
Barnabas was previously employed by East Rand Water Care (ERWAT). During his employment at ERWAT his duties were to operate, maintain and manage the Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant. Barnabas acquired a vast experience in the water, wastewater and effluent treatment.
Subsequent to leaving ERWAT, he founded his own company. The objective of the company was to build an industrial effluent treatment facility or plant in Germiston. Mr Ngobeni co-designed an industrial effluent treatment plant that was approved by Biwater.
Though Sakhumnotho Environmental Services, Barnabas is involved in the designing of a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project where Sakhumnotho will be developing and promoting Bio-diesel in South Africa and is also involved in the development and implementation of Genesis Initiative, where Genesis will develop Olives Hub in the Northern Cape .
