Sakhumnotho Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a well known and respected investment holding company founded in late 2000. The company is listed as an Impumelelo Top 300 BEE company and is on the Ernst and Young Future Power Company programme.

The company has a broad based shareholding which also includes community structures through the Vulindlela Development Trust whereby Sakhumnotho is able to give back to previously disadvantaged communities.
Sakhumnotho focus on investments in which it can add value by its involvement in the target company. Our portfolio is not sector specific and includes investments from all the major economic sectors.

Sakhumnotho’s focus is by no means limited to South Africa and has been actively pursuing investments in Africa long before it became common place to do so. The Group is an investor and in ASKY which was recently launched as the new regional airline in West Africa. The Group fully subscribes in a Pan African Vision.
